How do you make a good decision?
What would you do in the situation where you've taken a journey down a road that's delivered you to your goal only to realize that at what you thought would be a new beginning, you come to a crossroad.
Down one path is security and safety that many have taken before, and everyone around you understands and can support your choice. However, down the other path is what you feel is your calling, the thing you've always wanted to do or discovered along the way that excites you!
This thing wakes you up in the morning and keeps you from going to bed at night. You can feel it as it pulls at you constantly to give it the attention you know it needs to grow, but you hesitate.
In this reflection, we talk about Decision Points, how to make decisions, the driving force behind them and how to ease the pressure of making hard decisions with four things I use to simplify the process.
